En este artículo, analizamos las influencias mutuas ejercidas por el portugués y el español a lo largo de la frontera entre Portugal y España. En el primer apartado, examinamos los cuatro problemas principales que existen en el ámbito de las interinfluencias lingüísticas en nuestro marco geográfico. A continuación, estudiamos cuál es el origen de las influencias y en qué estado se encuentran en la actualidad. Por último, incluimos unas breves consideraciones sobre las interinfluencias en los niveles del análisis lingüístico (fonético, morfosintáctico y léxico) y en la toponimia. Palabras claves: portugués, español, leonés, influencia lingüística, bilingüismo.

In this article, we analyze the mutual influence exerted by Portuguese and Spanish along the border between Portugal and Spain. In the first section, we examine the four main problems that exist in the field of linguistic interinfluences in our geographical framework. Next, we study the origin of the influences and what state they are in today. Finally, we include some brief considerations on the interinfluences at the levels of linguistic analysis (phonetic, morphosyntactic and lexical) and in toponymy. Keywords: Portuguese, Spanish, Leonese, linguistic influence, bilingualism.
