Esta dissertação apresenta um modelo de um glossário dos dialetos portugueses com informação sintática: o GloDiP. Tomando como suporte empírico o CORDIAL-SIN – Corpus Dialectal para o Estudo da Sintaxe –, propõe-se um modelo de descrição de verbos que inclui informação sintática de forma direta, através de códigos explícitos, e indireta, ilustrando o comportamento dos verbos com atestações extraídas do corpus. Uma vez que os exemplos das entradas lexicais estão identificados quanto à origem, o glossário também veicula informação sobre distribuição geográfica das atestações. De modo a ilustrar de que forma a informação sintática disponível nas entradas verbais do GloDiP poderá contribuir para o conhecimento da sintaxe dialetal do PE, é apresentado um estudo sobre a variação dialetal presente no corpus envolvendo construções causativas (com os verbos deixar, mandar e fazer) e construções afins com verbos percetivos (ouvir, ver e sentir). Dado que o glossário também veicula informação sobre distribuição geográfica, os dados relativos às construções causativas e percetivas são cartografados na tentativa de detetar alguma variação geolinguística e identificar áreas sintáticas. Este estudo mostra que GloDiP não só dá conta da variação dialetal existente, como também dá a conhecer evidência empírica nova, que leva a reequacionar alguns aspetos da sintaxe do português. Tendo em conta estes resultados, espera-se que o presente modelo seja alargado a outras categorias (nomes, adjetivos), de forma a implementar os alicerces para um futuro dicionário dos dialetos portugueses com informação sintática. Palavras-chave: Dialetologia, lexicografia, sintaxe dialetal, corpus, glossário de verbos. 

This thesis presents a model of a glossary of Portuguese dialects with syntactic information – GloDiP. Taking CORDIAL-SIN – Syntax-oriented corpus of Portuguese dialects – as the empirical support, it is proposed a model for describing verbs. This model includes direct syntactic information, through explicit codes, and indirect one, through examples extracted from the corpus which illustrate the behaviour of the verbs. Since the examples of lexical entries are identified in the origin, the glossary also conveys information about the geographic distribution of the verbal constructions. In order to illustrate how the syntactic information available at the verb entries in GloDiP may contribute to the knowledge of the dialectal syntax in European Portuguese, it is presented a study on the dialectal variation involving causative constructions (with the verbs deixar, mandar and fazer, meaninig to let, to order and to make) and related constructions with perception verbs (ouvir, ver and sentir, meaning to hear, to see and to feel). Once the glossary also relays information on geographical distribution, data on causative and perception constructions are mapped in an attempt to detect some geolinguistic variation and to identify syntactic areas. This study shows that GloDiP not only calls the attention to the existence of dialectal variation, but also makes known new empirical evidence, which leads to rethink some aspects of the syntax of the Portuguese. Given these results, it is expected that this model will be extended to other categories (names, adjectives), in order to implement the foundations for a future dictionary of Portuguese dialects with syntactic information. Keywords: Dialectology, lexicography, dialectal syntax, corpus, glossary of verbs.
