Este artículo pretende presentar la breve historia de la lengua mirandesa con su sistema fonético. En la primera parte nos concentramos en las circunstancias del descubrimiento de la lengua mirandesa en la Península Ibérica junto con su ubicación geográfica. En la segunda parte tratamos el tema de la atribución de los derechos lingüísticos a la comunidad mirandesa, a través de la propuesta de la ley cuyo objetivo fue reconocer el mirandés como la segunda lengua del Estado Portugués. Por último, hemos analizado algunos aspectos fonéticos de la lengua para demostrar las peculiaridades de su sistema fonético. Palabras claves: mirandés, Tierra de Miranda, lengua minoritaria, fonética, Península Ibérica.
This paper aims to present the history of region of Miranda do Douro and phonetic system of Mirandese language. In the first part of the article we focus on the circumstances of Mirandese discovery in the reference to geographical location. In the second part we discuss the issue of granting language rights to Mirandese community. It was performed by bill which aim was to recognize Mirandese as the second official language of Portugal. Finally, we analyse selected phonetic aspects of the language in order to show the peculiarities of Mirandese phonetic system.
